When you order, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details. We receive your name, email and shipping address so we can ship your kit and send your results. We never see or store your full card number.
The sample details you enter on the tracking page (where you took each swab and who took them) go on the paperwork sent to the laboratory with your swabs, so the lab can match the swabs to your order and send your results.
We keep your order details and your lab results so you can see them on the tracking page with your order email and order number. To give you access to the guide that comes with your kit, our guide site, moldheadquarters.com, checks your order number with us and receives your order email and whether the order is still active. We send order and status emails through our email provider, Resend, and make shipping labels through Shippo, which passes your name and address to USPS.
We count visits and button taps on this site in totals, without names or emails. We use the Meta pixel and Meta’s Conversions API, and the TikTok pixel and TikTok’s Events API, to measure our ads, which uses cookies and information like your IP address and browser. When you order, we also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email, name, city, state, ZIP code and country, and TikTok a scrambled copy of your email and phone number, so we can see which ads lead to orders. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don’t send these ad events.
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that take payment (Stripe), ship your kit (Shippo and USPS), analyze your swabs (the lab), email you (Resend) and measure our ads (Meta and TikTok).
